Who is KĀTU?

My name is Katarína Csúzová - I’m a creative professional with passion for interior, architectural & graphic design. My greatest source of inspiration
is nature, which I cultivate and bringing its essence into my work.

My practice focuses on nature-inspired design, where I integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. I’ve gained experience in ecological &
biophilic design, and I completed my doctoral studies with research dedicated to biomimetic design.

I design both commercial and non-commercial projects, always with the intention of creating spaces that reflect the connection between human and nature while fostering harmony and well-being.
 

In my free time, I enjoy photography, dances and extreme sports, which allow me to see the world from new perspectives and fuel my creative energy.​​​​​​​​​​
